A Day of Fragrance and Creativity

Blossom de Art Craft Academy recently conducted a Professional Certificate in Perfumery workshop in collaboration with Persatuan Lodge School, bringing the world of fragrance design to life for students eager to explore their creative side.

The session introduced participants to the art and science of perfume making, from understanding fragrance notes to hands-on blending using premium essential oils and aroma compounds.

What Students Experienced

Throughout the workshop, students learned how to:

Identify top, heart, and base notes in a fragrance. Explore the use of essential oils, aroma chemicals, and fixatives. Blend and balance scents to create their own unique perfumes. Understand perfume families and composition techniques. Each participant designed and produced several personalised perfume blends — all of which they proudly brought home as part of their creative portfolio.
