Theblossom+Lilin’s Scented Candle are handmade in small batches. Each candle is hand poured into a amber glass jar to avoid of direct sunlight and sealed to protect the candle and preserve essential oil too.

Soy wax

It is derived from a soybean plant (which is crushed to separate the soy meal and the oil).Soybean oil is high is Vitamin E and fatty acids. Soybean oil is light, easily absorbed and good for all skin types.

The oil is turned into wax via hydrogenation and is non- toxic and safe. Soy wax is biodegradable, is water soluble, is virtually soot free when used in candles, does not emit toxins and carcinogens like paraffin wax, burn cooler and last longer than other candles.

How do I use my Theblossom+Lilin’s Scented Candle?

Our candles are fun and easy to use!

• Simply light the candle
• Observe where the candles are placed. If a window is frequently opened or the room is air-conditioned, these factors can affect the strength of a scent.
• Before re-lighting the candle, trim the wick to between 0.5cm and 0.6cm. The wick length will impact the burning quality of the candle.
• Whenever possible, put out the candle with a candle snuffer or a candle lid to cut oxygen supply to the flame, minimise the generation of smoke and prevent a burning smell.
