Once completing the curriculum organized by the association, you will be issued with an official license.

A localise retail and online entrepreneur store for hand makers. We not only provide the professional courses and also a materials provider as wholesaler in candle, soap, plaster, essential oil, fragrance, skincare, cosmetic, body care diy ingredients to ease the hand maker in sourcing the quality materials for their handmade products. By provide consultancy to the hand maker related all the materials application will drive them to a better step over the handmade standard.

2. How do I create an account on the blossom website?

Step 1: Navigate to the theblossom (www.theblossom.com.my) website and click “Register” at the right top of the screen.

Step 2: Fill out the required fields: first and last name, your email address and your desired theblossom user name and password

Step 3: Click “Submit.”

Step 4: Click “LOG in, Continue” to start create your shopping cart in Theblossom buyer account.

Step 5: When cart full Click “Check Out” at the screen to create your purchase order.

Step 6: Click your account name followed by “Sign Out” to sign out of your account when leaving Theblossom.

3. What is entrepreneur master course?

3 days intensive entrepreneur master course is a professional course that teaches from basic soap making to advance cold process soap making with different techniques together with combination of natural cosmetic and natural skincare blending techniques too. It’s available online or physical class. This Masters course equips you with an entrepreneurial mindset and capabilities to make effective decisions in your start-up and skill in natural products making.

4. How do I make a class reservation?

 Step 1: Login to the website. “CLICK” Workshop/Courses, add to “CART”

 Step 2: Select and confirm the class, “CLICK” Proceed check out

9. Do you have bulk discount pricing for diy product?

10. How do I view my cart?

To view your items, click the cart icon in the top left-hand corner.

11. I forgot my password. How do I update it?

Click My Account in the top left-hand corner. Click Forgot Password, enter the email address registered with Blossom de Art Craft Academy, then click send. Check your inbox for a Blossom de Art Craft Academy email with a link to reset your password.

12 .Where do I find my favorites?

Make sure you are logged into our your Blossom de Art Craft Academy account. Once you find a product or project you love, click the wishlist (heart icon). To access your favorites, click the heart in the top left-hand corner. From there, you can add the item to your cart or remove it.

13. Where do you deliver?

We deliver nationwide within Malaysia and all parcels are normally dispatched within a few days. We also deliver to Singapore but only up to 3 kg.

At this moment, we do not do international deliveries.

14. What are the rates?

There are differing rates based on the weight of your order and location of delivery.

For simplicity, we have organized the rates into a table for your reference. After the checkout page, you will be presented with a few delivery options that will typically fall into the ranges below:

15. How long does it take to deliver my items?

Packing and delivery of your items will commence upon receiving payment for your order.

It will take 3 to 5 working days (excluding public holidays and weekends) for deliveries within Peninsula Malaysia, and 5 to 7 working days for deliveries to East Malaysia or Singapore. Working days do not include weekends and public holidays.

Please mind that due to our government partial lockdown and shipping company’s COVID-19 health and safety measures, your parcels might take a longer time to be delivered to your shipping address.

16. How do I go about to choose self-collection instead of postage? When can I pick up my items?

There is a free self-collection option for those who wish to collect their online order at selected third-party locations to save on postage. This option is available under the “Store Pick up” dropdown menu after you have checked out your items from your shopping cart.

We currently do have delivery by Grab pick-up, Snailer & Mr Speedy Malaysia in johor Bahru area. This will be extra costing bear by the buyer and the charge will depend on the distance too.

There are no charges for self-collection.

Please note that it will still take 1 – 3 business days for your order to be packed and made ready. You will receive an notification whatsapp or email to inform you that your items are ready for pick up.
